    Sheila is a health promotion officer, administrator, and survivor advocate from South Africa. She has dedicated her career to empowering young people through education and community-based initiatives.

    Having spent part of her childhood in Zimbabwe, Sheila witnessed firsthand the realities of poverty—an experience that ignited her passion to educate and uplift her community upon returning to South Africa.

    As both a survivor of gender-based violence and a committed activist, Sheila has played a central role in Pray4Alex, a grassroots movement fighting gender-based violence in her community. Through her work in the health sector, she focuses on adolescents and youth, promoting healthier lifestyle choices and creating safer environments for young people.

    Sheila also holds a diploma in Financial Management and is a member of the Brave Movement
